Just recently, Flipkart recruited two top senior Google Executives for a million dollar salary along with stock options. Studying engineering and starting or working at a startup is now the goal for engineering. Two of the best places to study engineering in India are VIT and BITS Pilani.
Startups have created a completely new culture in India. Most people believe that startups are only restricted to South Indian cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad. However, in actual reality that is not the case. Starups have come up in cities like Indore, Bhopal, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat and even the desert district of Kutch.
